What we look for

Our bar — non-negotiable

  • Hold the SCA-AIA certification (take the final exam first — it's €200 and non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, legal, data protection, risk management, or AI governance
  • Track record in at least one industry vertical we serve — verifiable in your CV
  • EU-jurisdiction familiarity (you've worked with GDPR, sectoral regulators, etc.)
  • Fluent in English; additional EU languages welcome
  • Willingness to deliver engagements end-to-end — not just sell
How the process works

From application to first engagement

1 · Pass the SCA-AIA exam
Take the 60-question, 90-minute final exam. €200, three attempts included. This is the baseline we use to know you speak the Act fluently.
2 · Submit your application
Upload your CV, choose the position(s) you're applying for, and tell us in 500 words why you're the right fit. No cover-letter boilerplate, please — be specific.
3 · You're in
On approval: your AdvisorProfile goes public, projects matching your specialties start surfacing, and you can pull engagements from the pool. First payout is on first completed engagement.
