For companies that sell AI
Answer an AI Act questionnaire from your customer
Your customer sent you a questionnaire about your AI system, and the sale waits on it. Upload their file. We draft every answer from your record, cite the articles of the EU AI Act, and write the answers into their file. You read each one before you send it.
Part of the paid plans. See pricing
How it works
- 1Step 1: Upload their fileExcel, Word or PDF. Say which of your AI systems it is about.
- 2Step 2: We draft from your record, with the articlesWhere your record is silent, we mark the question “needs your input”.
- 3Step 3: You read, edit and download their fileTheir own file, with your answers written in.
Who it's for
Companies that build or sell an AI system to other businesses. Your customer — often before they sign, sometimes at renewal — sends you a questionnaire about the system: how it works, what it decides, who oversees it, what the AI Act asks of each of you.
- You sell AI, and a customer sent you their questionnaire as a file.
- You want the answers to match what you actually have in place.
- You want to read every answer before it goes back in your name.
What we read
Answers go into their sheet.
Answers go into their document.
Answers come back as an Excel answer sheet.
We find the questions in their file — in a table, a list or across sheets — and keep their numbering and sections, so your answers line up with what they asked. You upload the file exactly as they sent it.
What we draft from
Your record: what you hold on the platform about the AI system you picked, and nothing else. That is:
- What you told us about the system, and your role for it — provider or deployer.
- Its classification under the AI Act, and the obligations that follow from it.
- Your documents: what is in your AI Act folder, and what we read from the files you uploaded.
- What you said is in place, and what is not yet.
- What you answered other customers before.
Answers are written as your company (“we”), in plain language — in the language of the question if it isn't English. Where a question touches a duty under the AI Act, the answer carries the article. New here? First describe the AI system the questionnaire is about. That part is free, and the more your record holds, the more we can draft.
What “needs your input” means
Where your record doesn't hold the answer, we don't guess. The question is marked Needs your input and we say what is missing. Where your record answers part of a question, we draft that part and say what you need to add. An answer drawn entirely from your record is marked From your record.
Nothing is final until you have read it. You see what still needs you, what is drafted, and what you have read.
What you download
Their own file, with your answers written in: their layout, their numbering, their Yes/No column filled where they have one. For a PDF, an Excel answer sheet with every question, its answer and the articles.
You send it to your customer yourself. We never contact them.
What it costs
Answering a customer's questionnaire is part of the paid plans. The prices are on the pricing page. Finding out what the AI Act asks of you stays free: the scope check, your AI systems and their classification, and your plan of obligations.
Questions
Is it free?
No. Drafting answers to your customer's questionnaire is part of the paid plans — see pricing. Finding out whether the AI Act applies to you, listing and classifying your AI systems, and your plan of obligations stay free.
Do you send anything to my customer?
No. We never contact your customer. You download their file with the answers in it and send it yourself, when you are ready.
Do you invent answers?
No. We answer only from your record. Where your record is silent, we say so: the question is marked “needs your input”, with what is missing. We never add a document, a date, a certificate or a measure your record doesn't hold.
Which formats do you read?
Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx) and PDF. An Excel or Word file comes back as their own file with the answers written in. We can't write into a PDF, so a PDF comes back as an Excel answer sheet. An older .xls or .doc file: open it, save it as .xlsx or .docx, and upload that.
Which articles do you cite?
The articles of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) that a question touches — for example Art. 12 on logs, Art. 13 on information for deployers, Art. 14 on human oversight, Art. 26 on deployers' duties or Art. 50 on transparency. GDPR articles where a question is about personal data. Only articles that fit: a question that touches no duty gets none.
Can I edit the answers?
Yes. Every answer is a draft until you have read it. Change the wording, change a Yes or No, or write your own. What you save is what goes into their file.
Your customer is asking. Answer them this month.
Every answer drafted from your record, with the articles. You read each one before you send it.
